Talking about black tongue, something that a lot of people get, it's mysterious.
It's right here on the tongue. You might get this strip that goes down here and
it's dark colored, right? It's got this dark film going on. And sometimes what
happens, it's like in the tongue too. It's actually in it and the tongue could get
furry. So it could be like black and furry because that could happen too. And
And a lot of people deal with this and it scares the heck out of them.
Like they get so scared.
Like, what is that?
They wake up one morning.
You start seeing it develop a little bit right down the line, right down the center of the tongue.
And then as the day goes on, it's more.
And then the next day it's more.
And then finally they're like, oh my God, what is wrong with me?
This is so weird.
And then they're like, what did I eat?
What did I drink?
Did I do anything that stained it?
Like what is staining it?
So let's talk about how it even gets there. Okay. So we need toxic heavy metals in our body to
actually create the black tongue, but you can have toxic heavy metals in the body and not
have the black tongue. So reason for that. One reason is most of the metals have to be in your
liver. A lot of people have more metals in their brain. A lot of people have more metals in their
stomach, believe it or not, in the lining, in more metals, in their intestinal tract lining,
their spleen, right? They'll have it in their spleen. They'll have it in their pancreas. They'll
have metals in their bones. Like their bones will harbor so much metal. So when people have all this
copper in their system, yeah, everybody walks around with lots of copper in their system,
all that foil in their system, right? All that aluminum, right? And people taking fish oil and
eaten tuna a lot and consumed liquids out of cans, right? And had their tuna, they're getting metals.
And then people get metals from their family line, right? Utero, right? Right from the start,
generation after generation, the metals are passed down. That's what happens, right? So
these metals can end up all through our body, but a lot of people who have more metal inside their
liver end up eventually with a black tongue but they need one more piece of the puzzle the mystery
they need pathogens they need certain pathogens epstein-barr is kind of like the more common one
to be involved in this so what this means is someone has active viruses inside their liver
feeding off of metal that's inside their liver,
mostly mercury that's inside their liver,
and some copper, but mostly mercury.
And then the virus eliminates it,
releases a copper-mercury-based neurotoxin.
Now here's the thing.
That may not be everything, though.
It depends on how good the liver's working. It depends how their system is overall. Are they
hydrated enough? Are they eating good? All these different things. Because here's why.
If the neurotoxins, the waste matter, doesn't get excreted quickly and efficiently out of the liver,
out of the bloodstream, out of the kidneys, right, through elimination, if it builds up,
it ends up creeping up to the tongue at night.
So these neurotoxins from the viruses
feeding off the metals inside the liver
and we're not flushing out.
We're not doing the lemon water.
We're not doing the celery juice.
We're not keeping the fats low.
Our system's really clogged up with a lot of junk.
And then it can end up up to the tongue.
So those neurotoxins can go straight up to the tongue.
Now, these neurotoxins don't mean they're super potent.
Just because that happens, it doesn't mean they're super potent.
So let's talk about different forms of black tongue.
Now, here's where the confusion is.
You can have a black tongue just for that reason alone that I told you,
having the bugs inside the liver, feeding off the metals, okay?
and the metals and the the excrement from it right the excretions the neurotoxins end up
to the tongue okay that's one way to have it and another way to have it is if we're getting
rid of metals we're getting rid of them two ways it could happen one way your body's trying to get
rid of these neurotoxins naturally they're just clogging up the system they find their way to
their tongue for a lot of people and then they're on the tongue. Another way is you're trying to
actively kill off the viruses and actively get rid of the metals. So say you're actually working
on trying to detox the metals. Say you're working on trying to lower the viral load. When you're
doing that, you're killing off the viruses that have the toxin inside of it, the neurotoxin,
right? And you're cleaning up metals at the same time. So the metals are traveling out of the body.
And sometimes that process can end up with a different form of black tongue.
Now, what you'll see if you're online or something, you see this person's got a black tongue and this person's got a black tongue.
Doesn't mean they're the same black tongue.
Doesn't mean that at all.
One person's black tongue could be they're just really toxic.
Right.
They got what I'm saying going on and they're not being proactive.
And another person will have a different form of black tongue and they look different.
Right from the start.
they may look the same if you glance at them for a second but if you put the person's tongue close
to the other person's tongue and you really looked at it and you took a light and you looked in there
like wait yours is kind of a different color a little different and it's different it's different
fur on there that's showing the color and you have it kind of here more but you don't have it down
here but you have it more in the back and the other person no they have it more in the middle
and it's another shade, a different color, and there's differences. But these differences,
the details matter, but nobody knows this. It's like the minute you say black done,
well then everybody has the same black done. No, it's not like that. There's all these subtle
differences. The subtle differences are, are you actively taking metals out of your body? And that
can show the metals coming out, which is a good thing. That's a good thing. Because that means
the metals are actually really coming out. And that means they're going to come out and they're
going to be going down your intestinal track and out the other end. So it's fantastic. And another
thing is if it's not because you're getting metals out and you're just toxic, it's not the worst
thing either because you're excreting and getting rid of those toxins. So it's coming into your
mouth and eventually it's going to leave your body in the way it needs to naturally leave.
So these are just a few reasons or the most important and the most common for the black
tongue. So this concludes this week's video right here, newsletter video. Can't wait for the next
one. I'll see you guys soon.
